In 2015, One of the biggest and most advanced water supplying plant was built up for supplying 60% of resident’s drinking water in Mosina ,Poznan.
The technologies were used include: ozone oxidation, powder activated carbon installation, as well as carbon filter, in addition to the most advanced flushing water and sediment recycling technology. Of course , They chosen the suitable pipeline materials to run it ,such as Stainless Steel Pipe and  Pipe fittings ,valve. Steel Grade . 304（EN1.4301）,316L(1.4404), 904L（EN 1.4539）
Stainless Steel pipe and Pipe fittings are common use in drinking water producing and supplying . To choose the right steel grade is very important . For most pipeline system ,standard 304 and 316 is enough ,but in some special area,we have to choose the high property alloy steel such as 904L（EN 1.4539）,S31803 or S32205 Duplex s.s.
Because of the Pre-disinfection with chlorine dioxide, so it is necessary to use this kind of high alloy steel. Mosina water plant is a cost-effective project, because each part of the installation of steel design considered the corrosion in the given environment, to achieve the perfect combination of technology and economy.
