The high precision Stainless seamless tubes are produced at Junyue Steel begin their journey as seamless tube , in a widely range of different sizes. This material is cold drawn/rolled in size a number of times until it gradually reaches the exact specifications of our customers ‘s requirements. Each time we perform a reduction process, the stainless tubes needs to be cut, pickling and annealing before the next one can proceed.
The main processes we use when manufacturing seamless tubes are tube reduction and cold drawn.
