In order to achieve more durable and acceptable lifetime in High Pressure And Temperature Sugar making machine , We must select best materials – such as stainless steel grades - to resist corrosion and broken.
We exported 110 tons Sanitary Stainless Steel Seamless Tube to one sugar plants in Vietnam in 2012, they told they used welded tube for their sugar machine before, Meanwhile they have to replace it within 2 years ,most welded tube was broken because cant insist the pressure and temperature changes. Facing this issue, we strongly suggested them to choose Seamless Tube to replace welded, but cost nearly increased by 50%. Finally they accept our suggestion to use seamless tube . Four year passed ,now it is 2017 , we still not receive their new requirement to repair their machine, they smile .
